(More customer reviews)The HEPA room filters were not packaged correctly and were damaged by normal delivery service handling. The four of the six filters were bent and did not fit in the machine with an airtight seal around the filter as designed. The shipping box should have been a heavier duty box with packing cushions/foam around the filters.

For optimum performance replace filter every 2 to 3 months.
