(More customer reviews)I have this mug, purchased it from Target, same brand-different color. I loved it the first few weeks-keeps my lattes warm for hours and not a spill or leak ever. Last week I made the mistake of thinking it was still in lock proof mode, dropped it in my purse and ......guess what spills. Took it home and tested it several times, took the lid apart put it together, still fails to keep my drinks from spilling. The lid has written on the inside, "patent pending", maybe they need to take this one back to the lab.
