(More customer reviews)For the convenience of shopping/ordering this product and for the price, I think it's a pretty good deal. The product was delivered in a reasonable time. The product was packaged well and the parts and instructions for installation were all enclosed in the box.
I gave this product three stars instead of five because the black tap valve (the valve that releases the water for drinking located on the topside of the faucet)has an unexpected and bothersome loose fitting to it. The valve wiggles and shifts a bit in its groove as I press it to get water. I did not notice this until the faucet was installed, the tank filled and I pressed the valve for the first time. My household needs drinking water and I was reluctant to make any substantial fusses about the product. If the valve lasts, than it's not a problem. If the valve wears out and breaks at an early age, than it is a problem. We live out in the country and we have a well for our water supply. I take care of things and understand the necessities for preventative maintenance. My family does the same. We should be o.k. with the faucet.
