(More customer reviews)After finding myself going to the store every month and buying refills for plug-ins at $3 - $5 I was interested in this machine. I saw it a few weeks ago and was too lazy and just picked up my old refills for my plug-ins. I started to notice though my plug-ins were getting old and they needed to be replaced too, not only the scents. Plus, for years if you notice the refills for the plug-ins doesn't even last three days! Creatures of habit we are. So after realizing I probably had dumped more money into buying `replacements' I thought the price of this unit was really reasonable. I bought mine for $36.99 and it comes with a scent CD. I too was not crazy with the scents just be reading them. When I bought the unit it seemed bulky but that proved me wrong. I opened the container and was surprised the unit was smaller than I thought. People who wrote it was too large or not small enough, when you buy the box what do you think you are getting? It is wrapped in a clear plastic container. I was happy not only with the size but the design. Very easy to function; it took me longer to remove the tape to open the container than it did to plug it all in. I opted to place the unit in the bedroom since it occasionally has a `stale' smell to the air. I had just cleaned the linens and plugged in the unit and when I walked back in the room I was pleasantly surprised at how well the distribution of the scent was! The bedroom had a really clean smell to it and it was very relaxing. I found myself walking in and out of the room like an idiot to get `fresh whiff'. I turned the scent down (you can have it at three levels) and I still can smell it in the hallway but it is not overwhelming. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it for anyone looking to scent up a place hassle free. Febreze has always had great products and this is just another one on their list. I would highly recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)It eliminates odors very nicely, is fairly inexpensive and the filters are priced well too. I put one of these in my bathroom. The electrical outlet there only gets power wen the bathroom light is on so it works out very well.Mine doesnt have the nightlight which isnt a big deal either way for me. I like the way it only uses one of the outlets and leaves the other free and open.
I would recommend this product when you need to keep a small space smelling good and odor-free.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this item after reading about a million reviews about all different types of odor eliminators and I have to say it works amazingly!!
I purchased this particular one because it didn't have a night light. It was shipped from Target.com and it arrived pretty quickly at my door!
I do use it in a very small area, but it still totally eliminates the litter box smell. I also purchased the Febreze Pet Odor Filters. I did find it confusing which Item Number for the filters to buy. I got 04284F and they fit perfectly.
The unit came with a filter already in it, but I used the Febreze one. I don't know if the original filter would work as well for the litter box, but I plan on using it once I've used the Febreze filters.
Some reviewers complained about the noise of the fan, but I do not find it too loud and the unit is right outside my bedroom door. Other reviewers complained about the size of the unit as well, but I don't find it hideous or too large either.
Also, if you plug the unit into the bottom of your outlet, you can still use the one on the top, which is a plus!
I will be telling everyone I know about this magic Odor Eliminator! I would highly recommend it for anyone with a litter box in a small area!!

(More customer reviews)my husband is a smoker and the best I can get him to do is to stand by the back door as he smokes. Half the time, the smoke blows right back in so I place this on a wall outlet nearby. It seems to work because I took it down for a couple of weeks and I started noticing when he was smoking while I was in other rooms of the house. I believe it is capturing a significant amount of the smoke and filtering it very well.

(More customer reviews)I got the febreeze odor eliminator as a baby shower gift for the nursery. We have neighbors that smoke and the smell sometimes gets in to the baby's room so I got this filter when it was time to replace the one already in the odor eliminator and it works wonders. The smell from his diaper genie as well as the cigarette smell is no longer in his room. I would recommended this as the replacement filter even if you don't have smokers in your home.

I have one next to my cats litter box and it it really helps reduce the odor level. I plan to replace them every month or two to keep my air as fresh as possible.

(More customer reviews)I have been singing the praises of this little device since I first plugged it in. I bought it for the kitchen but, found that the outlet space was a little to small. So, I made room for it in the bathroom. Am I ever glad I did. That thing will NEVER leave the bathroom again! When you're finished in the bathroom, there is NO odor. Great for having guests over during the holidays. You know how there is always ONE who really lights up the bathroom? If you don't know, then you're probably the one I'm talking about. Anyway, the odor removal appliance works great for those special events. It's a great investment. It doesn't cover odors, it ELIMINATES them! Even when we spray our fragrance in the bathroom, the smell never leaves the room. I can't say enough about it. Okay, I can. And, I'll wrap it up here. Buy it, you won't be sorry. I'm getting more for other parts of the house.
