Is marketed as 40-pint, which equates to 5 gallons, however this is misleading, the water collection reservoir is not 5 gallons, doesn't even equate to 1 gallon. Appears that if you dump frequently enough then the unit has the "capability" of removing 40 pints of water from the air per day. Am satisfied with the unit's operation, just felt misled about the reservoir size.
