(More customer reviews)I know there have been a lot of good things written about this product but I did not have the same experience. I foster cats/kittens and have up to 20 animals in my home/garage at one time. I keep everything spotless but because of new animals, etc. there are a few that have been marking for a long time. I purchased at least 8 gallons of this product and used it exactly as prescribed. I have wood floors and you can only saturate so much without ruining them (I probably did in a few areas!). It never stopped them from returning to that area. I even used this product in conjunction with Feliway, as suggested. Nothing worked. When I contacted the company regarding my dilemma they said they could not help me because I purchased the product from a company other than themselves. I would always search for the best price considering I was purchasing so much! There was a $20.00 difference per gallon in some instances. I can say that the product smells nice! Other than that, it did not work for me and there was no help from the company once I had a problem with it. So much for their money-back guarantee!! I think they need to add a disclaimer where people can see it, that the product must be purchased from the manufacturer to be guaranteed. Since then I have tried Eco-88 which seems to work as well or better than anything else I have tried.
